• The G.Y.M. is a series of psychoeducation workshops developed by our founders, that span over 100 transformative topics, from the psychology of unforgiveness to the development of emotional resilience

• We provide you with practical mind-management tools that are rooted in the word of God and draw on the neuroscience of thinking, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing

• Tools range from practical brain activation activities, to psychoeducation and creative sessions where we teach you how to meditate on Bible scriptures through, art creative, writing and more

We run The G.Y.M. in-person, at The Mind Cafe Studio in Muswell Hill, once a month (£15 per person) all materials are provided
